-          Manage your order: if you wish to order from our web shop, the conclusion of contract requires you to state your personal data or transfer it from the existing customer account. -          Subscribe to Newsletter: On the website of Virbac Limited, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our enterprise's newsletter. Virbac Limited regularly informs its customers, prospects, and business partners via newsletter about:

  • Vouchers
    • Exclusive actions or offers

VIRBAC’s newsletter may only be received by you if (1) you have a valid email address and (2) you register for newsletter distribution. If you do not wish to receive any advertising messages from us anymore, you may terminate the subscription at any time. Please write your termination notice in text (email, fax, letter) to our contact address. You will find, of course, a link to unsubscribe at the end of each email. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records, and due to commercial and tax law regulations, we are obligated to save your Order Information for a period of seven (7) years. However, after two years upon your last connection or your last purchase, we restrict processing, this means that your data is only used to comply with legal obligations.
