At Virbac we want to make things easier for you. That's why we launched our subscription model. You will no longer have to worry about ordering for your pet, or running out of food. 

Select your pet's preferred diet and the frequency of your order. 

    • You will get an extra 5% discount for recurring purchases.
    • You can cancel your order at no cost at any time.

Can I change or update my subscription details?

Of course, you can change or update your delivery address, delivery frequency, product quantity and payment method. You just need to go to the "Subscription" section of your account and click "Edit".

What happens if my subscription product is not available?

If an item you choose is not available, we will send you a message letting you know. If, on the other hand, you do not want to continue with the replacement subscription, you can cancel the subscription. If you would like to return a subscription product, please see our delivery and returns information.

Is it possible to add more products to a subscription already in progress?

No. If you want to subscribe to a new product, you just need to go to the product page you want to subscribe to, choose the product size, choose the delivery frequency and purchase it. A new subscription will automatically be created for you, in addition to the one you already have active.

What products can I subscribe to?

The subscription service that we offer is a brand new incentive that we are proud to be able to offer. As we roll this subscription service out we have decided to launch with a few of our most popular products. This will enable us time to fully test the systems and to ensure that we are functional before opening the subscription service up to more products. Please keep an eye on the website as more and more products become available for subscription in the near future. 

Are there delivery costs?

Normal delivery costs apply, which you can see at checkout.

What if I subscribe to multiple items?

Please note that if you have subscribed to receive multiple items on the same frequency, these will be delivered together, and you will not have to pay for more than one delivery fee.

When will you notify me that the order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped from the warehouse. Once you receive this confirmation email, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your address or payment method. 

Can I pause my subscription for a while?

Yes. You need to log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section. Search for the subscription you want to pause, click on "Edit" and then on "Pause subscription". You will not receive your next order and won't be charged, but we will continue the subscription process with the next order and the indicated delivery frequency.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You need to log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section. Find the subscription you want to cancel, click on "Edit" and then on "Cancel subscription". Click "Ok" and your subscription will be cancelled.
