Delivery Costs and Times:
- UK Standard Delivery for orders of 30kg or less (2 - 3 working days) - £4.95
- UK Standard Delivery for orders over 30kg (2 - 3 working days) - £12.99
- Highlands of Scotland, Scilly Islands and the Isle of Man for orders of 30kg or less (3 - 5 working days) - £19.99. Orders over 30kg to these areas are not available.
We ship to addresses within the UK only, excluding Northern Ireland.
Returns/Refund Policy:
- To request a return or a refund please email webshop@virbac.co.uk where one of our customer services team will be able to best help with your request. Please include your order number and reasons for requesting a return/refund.
- You will have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return/refund. All costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will take up to 5 working days from the date of approval.
